  1. Or you could just eat chocolate on a crappy Monday morning like this. Why is it such a strong urge to be self destructive when you're having a hard time? I used to smoke when I got totally stressed and pissed off and such. But now, I tend to eat bad things for me (usually chocolate, today at 9am). What is the deal with that? Ugh!
