  2. Don't get me started on foie gross.
    Did you know that the U.S. Is pretty much the only place that uses pork belly for bacon? Every other country uses the side and back cuts of pork. Canada commonly refers to their special bacon as "back bacon" or "back fat." Tell me that shit doesn't sound delicious?
    My obsession with bacon is starting to concern me. Maybe I really love it?
